IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE

• Conference costs do not include accommodation or parking, or any travel. Delegates travelling to the conference do so at their own risk and expense.
• Conference registration cost includes morning and afternoon teas and lunch on both days, a conference pack including conference handouts.
• Upon payment of registration fees, you will receive an official confirmation with full details of the conference program and venue.

VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE

• Registration fee is strictly per person. Participants will be sent a Zoom link which is only to be used by the registered person. If any other unregistered person views the webinar without registration, they will be liable for the full registration plus an additional administration fee.
• Conference registration cost includes a virtual conference pack, including conference handouts, and access to all recordings post-conference.
• Upon payment of registration fees, you will receive an official confirmation with full details of the program and link to the virtual conference.

BOTH IN-PERSON & VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE

• Propsych uses email as the preferred means of contact with conference delegates; to provide confirmations, conference updates and materials. Propsych requests delegates to ensure our email is in your address book: info@propsych.com.au
• An attendance certificate will be emailed to you in the week after the conference. The certificate issued will be in the name of the registered delegate only.
• Registrations are considered valid and payable unless written notification is provided to Propsych prior to the cancellation date: info@propsych.com.au
• Registrations cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Please note that the due date for invoices will be 14 days from the invoice date OR the cut-off early bird or standard rates, whichever is sooner.
• Every effort will be made to forward confirmation email within 7 days upon receipt of registration form AND payment. If you do not receive an email, please contact Propsych ASAP: info@propsych.com.au
• Cancellations: Refunds less an $120 administration fee for cancellations received in writing via email or mail to Propsych by 19th October 2023.  No refunds will be issued after this date. Although Propsych regrets the various circumstances that may prevent you from attending the conference, including illness and crises, due to the administration and logistics of organising this event, Propsych cannot be responsible for any refunds after the 19th October 2023. Registrations may be transferred in full to another person but you must notify Propsych in writing 3 business days prior to the event.
• Registrations are considered valid and are payable unless notification is made in writing BEFORE the cancellation date to Propsych: info@propsych.com.au
• Upon completion of the online registration a tax invoice will be emailed to you. This email is a tax invoice and meets the requirements of the ATO. Please retain a copy for your records. If an individual tax invoice is required, please contact Propsych by email: info@propsych.com.au
• Shared Registrations are not available.
• One day registrations: There are a limited number of one day registrations available for in-person registrations only, please contact Propsych directly for pricing and registration, info@propsych.com.au
• Delegates are not permitted to make video or audio recordings of any kind of the 2023 SCAP Conference presentations. If attending in-person, you may use handheld cameras/phones to take photographs for personal, non-commercial use, provided it is not disruptive, intrusive or in breach of intellectual property or privacy rights, and provided the subjects of such photography consent.
• Propsych may hire service providers (photo/video/streaming/audio) to document and display the Conference Experience. Propsych may also use social media to post photos and videos and to display select submissions at the venue and on our website. As a delegate of the Conference, you consent to being recorded or photographed for the aforementioned purposes, for exclusive use on Propsych's website or social media platforms.
• Information gathered from registration will be used to administer the Conference. Your name and contact details will be used only to notify you of future events organised by Propsych. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• Accidents happen, people get sick or numerous other issues emerge in the long lead time in planning the SCAP Conference.  While every effort is made to retain the integrity of conference programmes, there may be unforeseen circumstances that require changes. Propsych reserves the right to alter the programme without notice.
• COVID-19 POLICY: There are currently few remaining restrictions but Propsych is committed to following any future government regulations pertaining to Covid. In the event that government restrictions prohibit a F2F event, this Conference will revert to a VIRTUAL conference. Registrations will remain valid unless formally cancelled as per cancellation policy.

• In the event of industrial action, force majeure or other unforeseen disruption, the conference organisers do not take responsibility for any loss of monies incurred by conference delegates. We strongly advise conference delegates to arrange their own personal insurance.
