Conditions of Registration and Cancellation Policy

  • Propsych commits to a Covid safety plan and adheres to any government restrictions.
  • Please note that in the event of Covid related issues, F2F workshops will revert to an online format.
  • All workshops include extensive handouts and resources.
  • F2F full day workshop cost includes, morning & afternoon tea and lunch.
  • Registration costs for f2f events do not include any form of accommodation or parking.
  • Where a workshop is online, please note that it will not be recorded.
  • Delegates are not permitted to make video or audio recordings of any kind of the workshops. You may use handheld cameras/phones to take photographs for personal, non-commercial use, provided it is not disruptive, intrusive or in breach of intellectual property or privacy rights, and provided the subjects of such photography consent.
  • Propsych may hire service providers (photo/video/streaming/audio) to document and display the workshop experience. Propsych may also use social media to post photos and videos and to display select submissions at the venue and on our website. As a delegate of Propsych workshops, you consent to being recorded or photographed for the aforementioned purposes, for exclusive use on Propsych's website or social media platforms.
  • Early bird rate: for registrations AND payment made 3 weeks prior to the event. If payment is not made by the early bird date, the rate will revert to the standard rate. 
  • Please note that the due date for invoices will be 14 days from the invoice date OR the cut off early bird or standard rates, whichever is sooner. 
  • Cancellations: Refunds less $90 admin fee for cancellations received in writing via email or mail to ProPsych 3 weeks prior to the event. No refunds after this date. We understand the various circumstances that might prevent you from attending, including crises, the logistics of planning such events prevent us from issuing refunds as we still incur costs.
  • Registrations are considered valid and payable unless written notification is provided to ProPsych prior to the cancellation date: info@propsych.com.au Cancellation or withdrawal more than 15 business days from an event will incur a $90 admin fee. No refunds provided after the cancellation date. 
  • Registrations may be transferred in full to another person. Notification of a change in registration must be made in writing to info@propsych.com.au
  • While every effort is made to retain the integrity of our events, there may be unforeseen circumstances that require changes. ProPsych reserves the right to alter the program without notice.
  • Your place is not confirmed until payment is finalised. Upon receipt of payment you will receive a confirmation email.  Please contact ProPsych if you do not receive a confirmation email or you wish to check the status of your registration: info@propsych.com.au
