  • Registrations are considered valid and are payable unless notification is made in writing BEFORE the cancellation date to Propsych: info@propsych.com.au
  • Registrations cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Please note that the due date for invoices will be 14 days from the invoice date OR the cut-off early bird or standard rates, whichever is sooner.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you within 7 days upon receipt of registration form AND payment. If you do not receive an email, please contact Propsych ASAP: info@propsych.com.au
  • Event costs do not include accommodation or parking, or any travel. Delegates travelling to Propsych events do so at their own risk and expense.
  • In-Person event registration cost includes morning and afternoon teas and lunch, a handouts and associated resources.
  • Cancellations: Refunds less an administration fee for cancellations received in writing via email or mail to Propsych by the cancellation date. No refunds will be issued after the stated cancellation date. Although Propsych regrets the various circumstances that may prevent you from attending the conference, including illness and crises, due to the administration and logistics of organising this event. Registrations may be transferred in full to another person but you must notify Propsych in writing 3 business days prior to the event.
  • Cancellation dates and fees differ for each event: The registration page of each event has a link to the T&Cs specific to that event.
  • Upon completion of the online registration a tax invoice will be emailed to you. This email is a tax invoice and meets the requirements of the ATO. Please retain a copy for your records. If an individual tax invoice is required, please contact Propsych by email: info@propsych.com.au
  • Shared Registrations are NOT available for multi-day events. In the event that a different person turns up for the second day of a multi-day event, an additional fee may be charged.
  • Delegates are not permitted to make video or audio recordings of any kind of the Propsych events. You may use handheld cameras/phones to take photographs for personal, non-commercial use, provided it is not disruptive, intrusive or in breach of intellectual property or privacy rights, and provided the subjects of such photography consent.
  • Propsych may hire service providers (photo/video/streaming/audio) to document and display the Conference Experience. Propsych may also use social media to post photos and videos and to display select submissions at the venue and on our website. As a delegate of the Propsych events, you consent to being recorded or photographed for the aforementioned purposes, for exclusive use on Propsych's website or social media platforms.
  • Accidents happen, people get sick or numerous other issues emerge in the long lead time in planning our conferences and workshops. While every effort is made to retain the integrity of the programs, there may be unforeseen circumstances that require changes. Propsych reserves the right to alter the programme without notice.
  • COVID-19 POLICY: There are currently few remaining restrictions but Propsych is committed to following any future government regulations pertaining to Covid. In the event that government restrictions prohibit a F2F event, events will revert to a VIRTUAL. Registrations will remain valid unless formally cancelled as per cancellation policy.
