It is Propsych’s usual practice to collect Personal Information directly from you via the online registration form fields either during the registration process or any expression of interest forms you complete on the Propsych website. Propsych does not collect Personal Information about you from any publicly available sources or via other means.

Propsych does not collect Personal Information about you if you only browse this website. This website may use session cookies during a search query of the website or when you access this website.

How do we use your personal information

Propsych only uses your personal information for the purposes for which you give it; namely to contact you about an event for which you are registered, or related, internal management purposes. Propsych does not give your Personal Information to anyone else unless;

  • You have consented
  • You would reasonably expect that your information be passed on to the recipient as part of the provision of products or services to you ancillary to your registration for Propsych events
  • As required to verify attendance of PD events by organisations such as NESA and TQI

Propsych may collect and analyse non-identifiable website traffic data to improve our services.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
