Michele will share how to fill your path and create a health toolkit. As a former educator, mother and positive psychology expert Michele will deliver evidence based, realistic advice on how to form new habits that will last a lifetime. Michele Chevalley Hedge is a nutritional medicine practitioner, wellbeing author and speaker. Michele presents and educates at schools and organisations globally on the science of food and mental wellbeing. Michele’s work focuses on the improvement of wellbeing- mentally, emotionally and physically with small lifestyle behaviours including nutrition, sleep, exercise and stress reduction habits. Michele’s three international books focus on physical and mental wellbeing. Michele’s greatest area of passion is Mental Health and dedicates some of the proceeds of her books to The Food and Mood Centre at Deakin University.
