The 2023 Mental Health in Schools Conference (MHIS)

This is a separate registration process for each individual. If you are registering multiple people please email us directly: info@propsych.com.au with delegate names, positions and email addresses and we will process from our end.

Upon completion of your registration, an invoice will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days. The invoice includes all payment options.

Registration to the MHIS Conference is subject to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read before filling in your details below.

CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Propsych uses email as the preferred means of contact with conference delegates; to provide confirmations, conference updates and materials. Propsych requests delegates to ensure our email is in your address book: info@propsych.com.au
  2. Conference cost includes access to the two day conference program, refreshments and lunch on both days.
  3. Conference cost does not include parking, accommodation, travel or transfers of any kind. Delegates travel at their own risk. It is strongly recommended that you make use of travel insurance to cover instances where you might not be able to attend, including for Covid related reasons (see Covid Policy Below).
  4. Registrations are considered valid and are payable unless notification is made in writing BEFORE the cancellation date to propsych: info@propsych.com.au
  5. Upon completion of the online registration a tax invoice will be emailed to you. This email is a tax invoice and meets the requirements of the ATO. Please retain a copy for your records. please contact Propsych by email: info@propsych.com.au
  6. Registrations cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Please note that the due date for invoices will be 14 days from the invoice date OR the cut off early bird or standard rates, whichever is sooner.
  7. Every effort will be made to forward confirmation email within 14 days upon receipt of registration form AND payment. If you do not receive an email, please contact Propsych ASAP: info@propsych.com.au
  8. A limited number of one day registrations are available for the 2023 MHIS Virtual Conference. Please contact propsych directly for details: info@propsych.com.au
  9. Shared registrations not permitted.
  10. Accidents happen, people get sick or numerous other issues emerge in the long lead time in planning the MHIS Conference.  While every effort is made to retain the integrity of conference programmes, there may be unforeseen circumstances that require changes. Propsych reserves the right to alter the programme without notice.
  11. Cancellations: Refunds less an $120 administration fee for cancellations received in writing via email or mail to Propsych by 14th April 2023.  No refunds will be issued after this date. Although Propsych regrets the various circumstances that may prevent you from attending the conference, including illness and crises 9with the exception of Covid - see below for Covid policy), due to the administration and logistics of organising this event, Propsych cannot be responsible for any refunds after the 14th April 2023. Registrations may be transferred in full to another person but you must notify Propsych in writing 3 business days prior to the event.

COVID POLICY

Propsych is committed to following all government regulations pertaining to Covid.

  1. You must not attend the Event if: You have been diagnosed with COVID-19, you are feeling unwell with symptoms that may indicate infection with Covid-19, or you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and currently within your mandatory isolation period. Please contact Propsych in the event that you are subject to such restrictions. Registration fee will be reimbursed (less cancellation fee).
  2. During the Event, you must comply with all applicable Covid-19 regulations and health directives.
  3. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination, or exemption is currently required in order to attend this event. You may be asked to show proof on entry to this Event.
  4. During the Event, if you experience any symptoms that may indicated infection with Covid-19, you must report to Propsych staff and follow all reasonable directions given by Propsych or venue staff, or health professionals present.
  5. In the event that government restrictions prohibit a F2F event, this Conference will revert to a VIRTUAL conference. Registrations will remain valid unless formally cancelled as per cancellation policy.
